*story is as follows: I bought it from a guy in Cali. He didn't send me the title when the car shipped. Then he fell off the face of the earth. I tried for months working with the CA DMV to get it in my name. I was very very very close a few times but it was such a hassle I gave up. Upon sale, I will give you everything I have for this issue...if you want it.

I dealt with the same title issue once before. Granted Indiana is probably different but I just had a bill of sale showing that the guy lived out of state and the BMV went ahead and titled the car with an inspection done by the sheriff's department. If he lived in Indiana I would have had to get him to sign off but they couldn't force an out of state resident to sign off. I didn't argue.

Thanks for the info. I sent the CA DMV everything they said I needed two times, and both times they took over two months to respond and a little something would be wrong ( they claimed) and they'd kick it back to me. I finally just deiced I wasn't going street legal with it so I just quit messing with it. over 6 hours invested on the phone with them I guess I should have stuck it out. Just tons of bureaucratic hoops to jump through.

No. Not much suspension on it. I do have the ability to get it on a trailer for you though.
