I like that euro bumper being local, but in UK are cheaper, problem is they are not nice to deal with... can you lower the price down to $250?

Negative, they go for $700+ here on zil. I only know of two local to the IE and mine is the only one for sale. I don't plan on taking anything less than what I paid for it, and I'm in no hurry to sell. Thanks
