KA24E Supercharger Kit
Details:
-Remote mount on exhaust side.
-Driven via AC belt and AC tensioner.
-Can be configured to run SMIC or FMIC or direct to intake.
-Can be configured to blow off to atmosphere or recirculate.
-Can be configured for pull through or blow through MAF.
-Will require you to figure out how you want it piped and if you want to blow off/recirc.
-MASSIVE increase torque all the way to redline over stock.
-Have no idea on numbers tho, motor blew ON THE DYNO.
-With the Reinhard, the singlecam sounds like a fucking monstrous V8. Heads TURN.
-This kit was made to clear SOHC Hot Shot headers. No idea if it will clear any other headers.
-Easily converted from SMIC to FMIC and pull through/blow through MAF
-BOV, N62 MAF, piping IS NOT INCLUDED.

Parting out TWO KA24E motors
One blew on the dyno with the supercharger during a 4th gear pull.
Made a huge KLANG and the car jumped off the rollers a little.
I would say the bottom end is fucked, but I have not pulled the motor apart yet.

The other has been sitting in my garage for 2 years. Unknown condition.
Was planning to rebuild it but never got around to it.

Make offers on parts you want. WIRING HARNESS IS NOT FOR SALE AT THE MOMENT.

If you want to get the whole thing:
Entire motor that was used with the SC kit (no idea what was damaged) - $100 picked up
Spare motor that I have sitting around in unknown condition - $50 picked up

Curious, does the AC belt slip on the SC pulley? Also how do you regulate boost? I was thinking of using a Tial external wastegate. I might have to get those injectors from you as well. Also wanna sell the SC bracket seperately?

The belt only slips when you cant vent the air fast enough. There is no compressor surge. The rotors STOP TURNING when air tries to go back into the sc. Therefore belt slippage.

Boost is regulated by the pulley. Go smaller on the SC pulley, or go bigger on the crank pulley.

Wastegate will do nothing for you on this setup.

The SC bracket is going to require the use of the hot shot headers I have. I make no guarantees it will fit ANY OTHER SETUP. I would rather sell the whole thing as a set.
