95 s14 brake,battery,oil light stay on.

Ok I need help I just bought an S14 with blown engine bought a used s14 KA and threw it in, have triple checked all grounds and connections look good. The car runs I can turn it on normally but when I go to turn it off the brake, battery,and oil lights stay on it drains my battery only way to turn them off is disconnect the battery. HOWEVER with the car running none of those lights show up!? Brand new ignition switch does the same thing, battery tests good 12v and 13.87 volts when car is running I can leave it idling for hours so I don't think the alternator is bad, checked and replaced all fuses. PLEASE HELP it's a stock 95 KA24DE
