svr battery problem

i just got a svr battery and the positive post snaped right off when i was screwing in the bolt to hold it on. i emailed svr today to see if they will replace it. anyone one else have this problem?

what part broke on the battery? i personally have never had a problem with my SVR

that part strips/breaks really easy, it really should be lightly hand tighten then checked every now and then. SVR probably wont replace it stating it was the installer error, happened to my friend, good luck though you never know
