HELP!! with SR IDEL problem!!

aite so my SR starts up fine and runs great, not fuel or ignition problems.but when i am at a high RPM about 4 or higher. and let off the throttle or push in the clutch and let the RPMs drop it tries 2 die out. and it only hapens at high rpms. regular driving it does fine unless i rev it up and at a stop in neutral. Also looks like a vacuum problem. Check to see if your BOV (if you have one) is leaking, and tighten all your bolts and stuff on your IC and turbo and related fittings.
