sr20det timing issues 0 compression

so i snapped my timing chain by the bolt on the chain guide comming loose and falling down the front, ive since replaced the chain and now the car has 0 compression on cyl 1 but the rest are fine so im supecting a bent valve. they look to be moving fine but before i pull the head off. Is there and chance ive done something wrong with the chain that could cause 0 compression in only cyl 1 and if it is a valve or multiple valve would i be best to replace the valves or just swap heads

i think you would see loss of compression in multiple cylinders if timing was off. id lean towards the valve. since its cyl 1 easy.

set to tdc, cam lobes facing out. and leak down test that thing.
