CXRacing 350Z LS1 Swap with Engine Transmission Mounts, Headers, Downpipe and Oil Pan

Hello Zilvia folks, we here at CXRacing have been working on a couple projects that are going to be released soon. Here is one of the projects we just finished mocking up and will soon have in production.

350z LS1 swap

engine used is a n ls1 and t56 out of an f-body camaro, here is what we have made so far for the swap.

Engine mounts
Transmission mount
Headers
Y-pipe kit

the kit itself was made to minimize any amount of cutting or banging of the transmission tunnel. you will need to use a gto shifter and still cut a slot a few inches forward of the factory shifter hole in the 350z, rather than cutting into the firewall to sit the engine further back we decided it would be better off slotting the top of the transmission tunnel or making an adapter to position the shifter further back. the engine pictured has the engine plates with the engine sat in the higher position, the engine plates themselves can be flipped to lower the engine.

the headers are somewhat of a long runner design that place the 3" collector underneath the car and merge to a 3" exhaust pipe that bolt to any cat-back style exhaust so you guys wouldn't have to get something custom made at a fab. shop or muffler shop.

Here is a link to view the item, we will update our website as soon as we have everything tested.

we will be offering an oil pan also for the kit. here are some pictures of everything mocked up.

CXRacing 350Z LS1 Swap with Engine Transmission Mounts, Headers, Downpipe and Oil Pan

here is the final product of our 350Z swap kit. the kit will consist of the following items:

Engine Mounts
Transmission mount
Engine Plates
Headers
Mid-Pipes

the mid pipes are designed to work with most cat-back exhaust systems or a customer exhaust can be made from then on. We will possible have a drivesahft for the kit as well but not until next year.

here are some pictures of the clearance our kit has installed.

The transmission shifter position will need to be modified, a GTO shifter would work better as it places it further back then the Camaro shifter but would still require some ingenuity.
