I have a couple questions for you guys.

Question 1: What kind of paint stripper is the most effective and thorough yet safe to use on aluminum wheels?

Question 2: Has anybody replaced the studs on Project Kics spacers before? do you happen to remember the knurl diameter? i need get extended studs and i need to keep my spacers on the front so my wheels clear the tie rod.

Thanks for the help!

Since you're somewhat local, you can check out Super Autotoyz. They have A LOT.

Hearing a weird sound under acceleration. It sounds like a skreeching noise ONLY when turning right and sometimes when driving straight. DOES NOT make the noise when turning left.

I just swapped my SR in, NOTHING is rubbing anywhere, no zipties..nothing. I thought it might have been a small leak from the downpipe but sealed it up again and its still making the noise.

Someone told me that it might be possible that it might be my power steering mump going bad? IDK why only turning right and going straight though. Does the pump work hard when turning acertain direction?

It isnt the manifold, not a gasket, and theres no turbo play. Its blowing my mind.

so finished up my 300zx rear brake swap, got some of those adapters for the e brake cables, and got everything bolted up, Now with the ebrake handle adjustment nut for the cable all the way loosened up the e brake cables still have lots of tension on them and still are engaged. I ran the cables through the stock holes in the subframe, and they are 2+2 cables on a s13. If i don't run the adapters the lines have too much slack and if i do they are too tight. Any one have any suggestions or might have had this problem?

Kouki sideskirts have I believe 5 holes on the bottom? Navan zenki sides there are two holes that mount to the front mud flap location that's already pre drilled. Also two holes in the rear. You may have to make a custom bracket unless it comes with it or drill additional holes.

Does it spark? Pull a plug, crank it, and check for spark. Does the fuel prime? When you turn the key to the ON position, do you hear the fuel pump whine?

If both are good and you are cranking strong, start checking electrical. Check all the grounds. Check all the connections - make sure they are properly snapped together.

On my DOHC, it would not fire but would crank hard. It turned out I didn't put together a connector correctly so it wasn't getting a signal to spark. Look it all over. If you narrow it down some more but have no luck, post your progress.
