Build

7800x3d
artic 240mm aio
ROG X670e-A. It has pcs 5.0 ports. I only got it because microcenter had a 50% special for mobo's if you buy a cpu
G skill non rgb 32gb 6200mhz, currently at 5800hz testing stability.
EVGA psu 850 gold
two nvme drives, one hynix 2tb gen 4 drive, as boot drive, 2tb 970 evo as secondary
gpu is an Asrock 7900 xtx. It says it needs a 1000W psu but research says 850 is good. So far no issues
This pc is so much better than what I had.
Started playing atomic heart. Game went to ultra settings right away.

These bios updates been coming hot and fast. Asus has published four in the last week. The last two were published one day, and then the next day.

This just in. Direct cpu cooler block. Drops the 7900x3d from 90c to 65c.
What are your temps averaging under idle , normal to high work loads?

I've been so busy gaming I've not really looked lol. I need to do so, fans barely are audible most of the time. Chassis has two 140mm fans in the front drawing in air, aio is pushing air out and I have a noctua 120mm exhausting air out the back.

Just ran time spy again now that ram is stable at 6000mhz. got a 25,179. Temp monitoring shows highest cpu got as 69C, gpu was 61C. interesting though, the gpu has a bit of coil whine but when gaming cannot hear it over sound of game.

Hwmonitor shows idle cpu

package 45-50c
ccd 28-31c
cores all between 23-28c

idle gpu
hot spot 37c
global 32c
