Hey guys im about to purchase a 240sx shell and soon an redtop sr20det to swap into it, I plan on not pushing the engine any higher then 250whp I have a lot of aftermarket ideas in mind to reach that goal but just curious what people would suggest for a ball bearing turbo upgrade and also a decent BOV to go with it, I don't have a defined price range but all reasonable suggestions will be considered .

You don't need a turbo upgrade or a lot of aftermarket mods for that low HP. The stock T25 will support 250whp just fine. Thats small potatoes. The T28 will do it even easier. Pretty sure I saw a T25 on sell for like $125. Hell, some ppl just give them away.

And if you are still inclined to get a BB turbo, then look at the S15 one.
As for BOV, i've been using a Greddy RS for years now and no problems.

I got 220rwhp on a dyno jet on 10psi with my old t25 with basic bolt ons like full exhaust,fpr,front mount intercooler,hks filter and a rs Enthalpy tune.i bet with 14psi which is the most I'd push could get you to 250rwhp.as for the bov it really depends on what sound you like really...as long as it's made by a reputable manufacturer your fine.
