S13 Ka24de clutch interlock relay bypass

I be searched all over before anyone says "this has been covered before" I'm trying to bypass this "notorious blue fuse relay" because it's not letting me start my car but no where online can I find a write up on how to bypass it either pictures are outdated or just don't show up at all.. I'm a newbie to wiring and jumpering wires so can someone please tell me what specifically needs to be done to bypass this?

Are you passing the interlock (by clutch pedal) or the starter circuit? (Nss, starter relay, etc)

Instead of bypassing the fuse, just jump the switch under the pedal.

If I recall, its 2 wires going into the plug.

Cut the two wires, and connect them.

The clutch pedal switch is fine it's the blue fuse that's not letting my car start

If the relay fuse is blown it'll still work if I jump the switch under the pedal?

Next time, use the multiquote button.

Unplug the connectors, and TEMPORARILY use a piece of wire or a paper clip to connect the 2 wires, and see if the car cranks.

If it does crank, cut wires, solder together. Shrink wrap, Electrical tape, enjoy.

So I somehow managed to fix the clutch interlock and now I tried to start the car and got a click and lost all power. I know that means that the battery terminals are loose or dirty but what is I clean them all and it still does the same? Should I replace the starter?
