My s13 Journey (pic heavy)

I picked up my 1990 240sx hatch in 2013 completely bone stock

Stock SOHC KA24E with 110k

decided to go with the SR20DET with 40k

Then the process started

Moving to my shop

Getting the car ready for paint

Cutting out the one rust spot from the battery

Engine bay Candy blue with gold pearl

Time to work the dash

Time to work the inside...

testing the SR

time to go to through the SR

During the process of going through the SR and replacing bearings, all gaskets, exhaust studs, etc, we pulled the bottom and found that the bearing was spun and destroyed the bottom end....

So instead of building the SR Ive decided to go with the 2jz-ge.

Bought the block off of a friend

ARP!

upgraded Throttle body 80MM

After a few months got it together

Bought a R154!

Got my valvecovers done by a friend

On to the test fit!

I have some clearance issues with the front facing manifold i bought due to size being to big so i may have to go with a brake booster delete and a tubed front end. will keep you guys posted on updates!

thanks for checking it out
