I was thinking about doing KA-T this summer, but i'm mostly afraid of blowing my motor. So i was thinking of a milder setup than the common T3/T4, enough to hold out 2nd gear easily on dry pavement.
Does anyone have this setup or anything close to it? what are your numbers and full setup if so....

SR T25 or T28
SR injectors
SR sidemount, piping, and bov/ OR Ebay core and custom piping
Full 2.5" exhaust
bottom mount SS auto chrome or something like that manifold
SAFC (I/II)
SR MAFS or Z32
Z32 fuel pump/ and filter
SR turbo extention (if it works) if not custom
boost guage/ EGT guage
manual or cheap electronic boost controller
and anything else needed (I think thats it)
also a mild clutch upgrade, no pucks

Nobody is reading the FAQ because YOU AREN'T SUPPOSED TO ASK QUESTIONS IN IT! It's for answers. How do people live so long knowing so little.
I'm deleting your post in that thread, too.
Search for AceinHole.. you're copying his setup. Even searching for t28 ka-t or something similar would yield results.
KA-T projects are for do it yourselfers. If you can't even search for something on a web forum.. you should question if you can figure out how to avoid and get out of the many traps and pitfalls you'll find when turboing the motor.
