VA Over Priced Somewhat Cool 1990 S13 Hatch

Found a truck I want and I would like to have more of a down payment (60k Truck) so I'm actually somewhat motivated to sell this now. New pricing structure is s follows:

Car as it sits- $8000
Bring your own wheels- $7500
I keep the cage and wheels- $7000
I keep the cage wheels and diff- $6500

Would also still be interested in trading for a diesel 4x4 to avoid payments if anyone has one to offer up.

So this is more of a feeler then anything else, I don't need to sell this car but I'm looking to buy a house soon and wouldn't mind freeing up some extra funds. Up for sale is my 1990 240sx that I've owned for five or six years now. I got the car as a bone stock shell and have been tinkering with it ever since. There are around 140xxx miles on the shell and 50ish on the engine. The millage should stay around there since I only really drive the car to and from the track nowadays. The shell is in above average condition for its age and this is far from your average POS 240 that you see nowadays. Now onto the goodies:

Interior:
Clean and crack free dash

Wheels:
Work Euroline DH
18x8.5 front and 18x9 rear
Low disk faces

Known issues:
Currently no power steering (I cooked the pump at the last event and haven't got around to replacing it)

That's all I can think of at the moment. The car is very clean but keep in mind that I have done over 50 drift and track day events with this chasis so it is far from a show car. Although it has been driven hard please keep in mind that it has also been very well maintained. I've built the car more towards reliability then power but if that's your thing I do have a PE1420 turbo that could be included for extra. Since I am more then happy to hold onto the car the price is firm at 9k. I'm not really interested in trades unless it is significantly in my favor. At least wash the engine bay if ur gonna ask 9.
sometimes you have to sell a car like this for less than you think its worth, simply because no one will buy it for the price you value it at, whether your valuation is correct or not.

I'm honestly not expecting to get 9k for it but I've found if I post a high "firm"price it will weed out a lot of the dreamers and keep people from wasting my time with low ball offers (especially on the local Craigslist). This isn't my first rodeo when it comes to selling 240s and I know someone will eventually come through with a offer that I can live with.

Also as you can tell by the thread title I doubt that Zilvia will be the avenue this sells through but I figured it couldn't hurt to post up.

I sold the purple coupe about a year and a half ago. The dude who bought it moved a lot of the good parts onto his 180sx but its still alive. I actually think the guy has it up for sale right now lol.

Power steering is fixed, no AC although I do have all of the components which could be included with the car. All you would need is a Cody Ace bracket and a charge.
