PA Rb25 S14 Package or part out

I ran into huge problems with my life and in the seen future theres no way for me to get this done and its sad because i am so close to being done.

To start off the shell i have is a 95 240sx 5 speed. Has under 100k on body. Its gold and it in really good shape. No rust or rot. Has kouki front end minus headlights and one side marker light. Has oem front fenders, kinda beat but usable carbon fiber hood, 2 oem front bumpers, bumper support and foam, and all lights. Engine bay has been painted with Por-15 paint black. Interior is near mint.. Has rear strut bar, clean uncracked black dash. Its an SE model so its original 5 lug and Vlsd. Sportline lowering springs with gr2 shocks. 300zx rims all around with decent tires. There is no engine bay harness for the car as i sold it off and have an rb25 harness that was going in..

Now the engine package i have is as followed

Series 2 Rb25. Motor has been taken apart minis the bottom end. Head has been rebuilt with oem parts. I have Rb25 transmission, Wiring specialties rb25 s2 into s14, Mckinney mount kit, mckinney driveshaft, mckinney downpipe. Cx racing radiator with 2 pusher fans. I have every part to put the engine together.

Aftermarket parts i have for the motor are:
ARP head stuts
Cometic Head gasket
Wiring specialties plug and play harness(so its brand spanking new)
Full gasket kit
ACT clutch kit
Crank collar
New freeze plugs
Tomei oil restrictors
Tomei Timing belt
N1 water pump
Trans Bushing from Nissan
255 walbro fuel pump
Redline shockproof trans fluids
Accessorie belt except A/c belts

To get the car done you will need:

Assemble Motor
Oil pump(i have stock one)
Intercooler
Radiator hoses
Intake hose
Spark plugs

I also have Q45 Calipers for when you are ready to do the brake upgrade.

As for the money i have into it its close to 8 k with the price of the car when i got it. Im realistic and not a fan boy so im not asking 10k for a car thats not together and not running. Just keep in mind theres maybe 500-600 worth of parts that still need to be bought and just labor. After that you will have a freshened up rb25 with name brand parts that are almost all new and a clean s14. Thanks guys.. Sorry if info isnt very organized.
