SOLD!

It saddens me to write this post but I recently just bought a 240 and I'm planning on swapping out the engine and the extra cash would help finish it. I'm pretty sure i'm making a financial mistake because of the reliability of the MR2 but once a project starts, it never ends.

My dad has owned this car for the past 10 years and has owned several different AW11's & SW20 throughout the past but this specific one stuck around. Previous owner was the original owner who was a nurse. My dad is partnered with his friend at a body shop in Hayward so all maintenance has been done there or by ourselves including many service records available. Only cosmetic that doesn't work is the Tachometer. I want to fix it but I have a lot bigger projects to focus on with the 240.

Specs:
- Clean Title
- 191k miles
- 100% Bone Stock
- 5 Speed Manual Transmission
- Passes smog
- Oil change done every 3-5k with synthetic oil

don't sell this car... 3500 is nothing compared to what this thing is worth in sentimental value and future value if you just hold on to it

I'd literally murder my kid if he sold my stock e30 M3

3500 is like a month of work for the average person or less.. and won't really get you into anything special on the 240sx build .. not even an LS swap

you have such a treasure here, but GLWS if you do decide to part with it.. its a great looking car

I was gonna say....lol. Just fix up the S13 to everyday driver, save this MR2, and then make the S13 cool later. I think you'll regret selling this thing.

yes keep the mr2 and build it...if you change your mind down the road its gna cost way more to get it back...worst come to worst daily this and project up the 240
