Also is this Gen 1 or 2?

Hi,
Why does it look like an enterprising woodchuck got ahold of the exhaust flange?

Can you measure the shaft play? Its really easy. Just grab a $10 dial indicator from harbor freight (or similar) and pull off one of the housings and measure play at the tip of the bolt.

Was this purchased new by you? How long has it been in use? What was the boost level? Did you ever have any metal in your oil? ie engine blow, bad bearings, head, etc? Are any of the stud or bolt holes stripped or frozen?

Can you get a better picture of the brass drain thingy? I cant tell how it is attached to the cartridge.
