i just finished swapping an SR20 into my 93 240sx

it wont idle properly. the car has a K&N air filter, FMIC W/ bov (CXRACING) an aftermarket Downpipe, and an HKS Hi-flo cat back.

Ive tried adjusting the CPS, its very tight, i cant get it out! but i was able to adjust it with a rubber hammer. there was really no change!

now heres the thing, i was originally sent a "blitz tuned ECU" - and i emailed the company who i bought the motor from, and they said they would send me a stock one.

i also checked that i have fuel pressure, spark, and compression. the ecu also appears to be tunable using some kind of small screwdriver.

what should i do!?
