I want to get MB Battles 17x9.5 +15 with 235/40/17 for my S13

From what people say it will fit with a roll. But according to this, the new wheel setup will actually be smaller in diameter than stock.

Is this right?

Are you rocking spacers? I got a z32 brake kit and wondering if the fronts will fit without spacers.

Yes, thats why I said effective. I'm running 20mm spacers but realistically, only needed like 9-10mm to clear. Kicker is, it's a Work Wheel, they have different faces for brake clearances. I've had a set of Equips that didn't need spacers and cleared my R32/Z32 brakes up front. Do you know what type face you have? O-disk, A-disk and R-disk?

50mm, gives you more room just in case you decide to run meatier tires. Plus you can bow the fenders in and out to make it fit like a 30mm or even a 60mm depending on how thin the fiberglass is.

No I am not sure what type of disk I got. I tried to get it fitted today the rears were perfect, and now installed. But the fronts couldn't clear the calipers, do you think a 10mm spacer would do the job? The shop was also saying I would need longer bolts.

According to Allen, you can make them all fit, but the A-Disc, and R-Disc work the best with s-chassis bigger brakes. It's like if you want to do work, or not do work, it still comes down to personal fitment and how much poke, camber, pull, you want to set up. Me, I like the way a 90mm lip looks and a no spacer, no brainer fitment so A-Disc in a 17x9+15 is the way to go. Rock just a slight camber, roll the lips, and done...at least all 'on paper'

I run 9.5" all around with a 35 positive offset (XXR 962)
I need 8mm spacers in the front because my offset makes the wheel rub the strut.

255 wheel in the rear 225 in the front.

Again, all depends on what the face is. Could be anywhere from 7mm to as much as 13mm from my experience. Yes, you'd need longer studs, 6mm slip on spacers are the most I'm willing to use on the stock studs. Anything more than that is butt pucker factor when I hit a pot hole or track the car goes up.

I'm running roughly 3* up front. If you roll the front fenders on an S-chassis, you're pretty much pulling it at the same time. S14s will take 10js up front with no issue, may have some rubbing issue at full lock, but nothing a big ass hammer can handle. S13s, I wouldnt run anything wider or bigger than a 17x9.5j. Damn wheel well is just freaking tiny compared to S14s.

So I ordered some Ichiba spacers 15mm. Would these extended wheel studs do the trick? Thanks for the help bro.

Nvm I believe the kit I got comes with extended wheel studs.

All a matter of preference, I run Nismo extended studs on my car. Has been running these studs for over 7 yrs now.

Not a fan of bolt on spacers since you'd have to check the inside lugs ever so often to make sure they're still torqued in. Also, depending on the face of the wheel pad, if its not hollow out, the stock studs could stick out pass the spacer and not let the wheels sit flush to the hub.

17x11 +6 on the rear of s13 coupe. What size overs would I need to run 0 camber, with what size tire, for a decent stretch. Tried to mount 205/45's and couldn't bead all the way... I'm guessing 50mm overs, but I can't decide on tire size.

I will be purchasing some weds lxz for my s14... Sizes will be 18x10.5 and 9.5 with a 225/40 rear and 215/40 front. I only want to roll not pull. My question is can I do this with a +3 offset front and rear or should I go a little higher offset? It doesn't bother me if I need to run more camber. Thanks in advance

Really? 205s on 11js? 11j ~ 280mm. You're trying to stretch those tires by 3"...

Go 50mm fenders, then go 245/40-17s. Trust me, that shit will still be stretched. 265s looked stretched on my set of 11j Equips.

If you really dont want a pull, I'd shoot for those sizes in the +20 to +25 range. Itll be pretty conservative.

It'll never look flush with out pulling the fenders. When you flatten the lips flat, that not a roll, you've pretty much pull the fenders some without you realizing it if you got the lips flat.

I say flatten the lips, give the rears a slight pull and I would go 18x9.5 +0 81mm lips FF Disk up front to clear BBKs and 18x10.5 +12 93mm WS-Lo FR Disk in the rears

Yeah it didn't work lol. I'll have to try 245/40's on the back. What about the front 10j's? Maybe a 235/35?

235/40-17, maybe even 225/40-17 if you can find it for the 10j upfront.

Camber and stretch...you'd pull if you want to run less camber. Kicker is, you can only pull so much until all you're really doing is flattening the inner fender flat.

I have an S13 hatch with coilovers and complete aftermarket adjustable arms

I have 17X9 +10 wheels
The front fenders are +30mm
I am planning on running +30mm in back
I am planning on buying Sumitomo HTR Z III Tires

Should I run a 245/40/17 or 245/45/17 up front?
Should I run a 275/40/17 in back?

I am looking to get good fitment with the least amount of negative camber, and I am wanting around 275 width in back

I have been looking here: http://zilvia.net/f/showthread.php?t=166563&page=16 but cant find much on s13s
Any input?

All up to you, matter of personal preference. Personally, I wouldnt run 275mm wide tires on 9j since itll look like beach balls. The tires will roll over the side cuz its wider than the rim. 9" equates to roughly 230mm.

Personally, I'd go 225/45-17 or 235/40-17 up front and 255/40-17 in the rear max.

Personally, I'd go 225/45-17 or 235/40-17 up front and 255/40-17 in the rear max.
Thank you. I ordered 235s up front and 255s in back. I will post pics when I mount them.

Need some opinions guys .I have a stock s13 coupe . has fortune auto coilovers already . I'll be buying some gramlights 57dr soon just can't decide on the sizing . I've looked at some examples but would a 18x9.5+12 rub at full lock? Or should I do 17x9+12 to be safe. . now for the rear its either 18x9.5+12 or 10.5+22. Want to keep it stock bodied with just a little roll or pull getting rid of all the wheel gap. Any info or inputs would be greatly appreciated guys .
