Needing LC-1 Wideband Narrow Band SR20DET Settings

I have an Innovate LC-1 wideband O2 sensor and have the narrow band output going into the SR ecu, replacing the stock O2 sensor. I need to get the actual settings/values for the sensor to be setup as. Right now they are incorrect as the factory setting. If you don't know the settings, but know the values in volts for each of the areas in the pic below.

Right now, it is showing lean to the ecu when it is rich, so it is adding more fuel. This is only on idle but it is a problem. I have my laptop reading the consult (nissan ecu diagnostic port) and can see the innovate lc-1 display to compare. This is where the voltage values for each part are needed. BTW the pic posted is not what my values are, it is from the manual for reference.

At idle my afr is 10.5-10.9:1 while the consult shows fully lean.

BTW This is a WC S14 SR20DET into a AE86.
