Started to handle some of the welding on the header. Not quite finished yet.

Best weld of the day. (v-band flange)

As beautiful as it looks, I bet the sound will be even better! ❤️

God I cannot what to start on mine. Did you brace the merge off of anything? Did you cut the head flange in half out of necessity or convenience?

This is a similar set up to Tanner Foust in Formula D right?

I think that was the first time I've ever seen a 8 pipe merge!

Great work!

Are you worried about flex in the pipes causing cracking?

It looks like it's flexing pretty hard just sitting on the ground like that.

Also, how far away are we from hearing the beautiful music of this thing firing up?

No, not at all. It does take a little to get the header to fit - being it was my first ever real fabrication project.

Everything was obviously tig welding with what i've seen, with great weld penetration so, i'm personally not worried for any cracking etc etc.

A LOT has been going on here at the shop! But, i've had to take the cylinder heads back off due to a bolt that broke on me in the cylinder head. Winning. So, ended up doing new lifters since I left them stock.

Mk4 Supra in for some fun!

Battery is bolted down

Coolant -20AN Bulkheads, still have yet to tighten them down. Need to be back on a lift to finish all that.

any thoughts about reverse mounting the intake manifold, putting the throttle body at the back of the motor and pulling cold air from the cowl area? very cool build regardless!

Well..... I got some WELL needed wiring done (no need for boring wiring pictures). Got a nice, fancy switch panel as well! Functions as I planned lol. I did have the chance to get first dibs on my Origin fenders and RB bumper! Nice little 2.5hr drive to Chi-town. Thanks to Nick @ TF-Works for waiting for me to show up a little past closing time!

I've never been so happy to install fiber glass body panels in my life. LOL! Meaning, these just bolted up. I drilled some holes, through some bolts etc and done. Quality body panels for the win here!

The bumper in the pic is held up by 2 bolts lol.

Made little bumper support brackets as well, so these next pics are the bumper fully secured.

Fenders fit VERY well too!!! (Origin Type III)

just two hose's to make to finish it.

Then getting the bleeding system/over-flow and all that figured out in the mix of things.

Are the wheels 18x11 +8? Are you running any spacers?

These are the 9.5" +10 Cosmis wheels w/ a 25mm spacer to clear the Brembo. Ridiculous on my part since I confirmed a 18x9.5 +22 wheel fits perfect with no spacer needed for caliper clearance.

Justin Pawlak stopped by our shop the week before No Star Bash. It was funny that I didn't recognize him for the first 5 minutes.

Short idle video while my Bro throws some tune on it. I do have a few issue yet to handle and smooth out. (that was a fuel leak that I did fix, LOL)
