Will not Idle 92 ka24de

I have a 1989 s13 with a 92 ka24de which had been having a issue with idling, the car will not idle at all. It'll cut on but only stay on by giving it gas, if you unplug the maf to send it into limp mode it idles high of course but runs. I just need some ideas guys.

Things I have already tried-
Cleaned Maf
Cleaned IACV

pull codes
cause it should die out if u unplug the maf while its running
its way better than guessing especially if youre just cleaning an old part you cant really rule it out just by cleaning it. there is also a way to test the maf sensor

you can also put 12v to the iacv to pop it open and itll make a sound and it should ohm test at 10 or 20 ohms (I forget which cause there is 2 valves right next to each other and one ohms at 10 and one ohms at 20)
