SR S13 Sr20det tuning

I have a s13 sr20det. Just little Garrett t25 turbo but have 400cc injectors and full hks exhaust goin to upgrade to t28 turbo but right now I'm runnin super rich and need to tune it a little. What is a cheap way to make it run not as rich just for now?

Thanks I found out what to do
