S14 ECU problem?

So my car was just swapped to 5-speed and I try to put my 5-speed ECU and it doesn't turn off. Everything else is off except the motor. I use my Auto ECU and it shuts off no problem. Is there something wrong with my 5-speed ECU? Should I just run a manual switch to my fuel pump or what? Why is my motor still running when I pull my key with the 5-speed ECU? I don't want to drive around with codes

Honestly, you'd be fine sticking with your A/T ecu. I know a lot of guys running 5 spd swaps that stick with their A/T ecu and never have any issues, so I wouldn't see a need for you to run a M/T ecu if you've already got one that seems to be working for you.
