Sr swapped 89 s13, digi cluster doesnt fully work.

What works: Indicator lights, chime, clock, fuel gauge and temp gauge

Doesnt work: rpm gauge(dohc tach), backlights, digi gauge or hud

All bulbs are good and cluster electrical mapping is still intact. Searched for days and found no definitive answers. Not sure where to start looking to get things working.....ideas?!?
