Sr20det wierd no start problem

Hello, Just recently installed a redtop sr20det into a 1989 coupe. Its got a FMIC other then that, its stock. The MAF that came with it was bad, so i rewired and installed a sohc maf from the old motor. Car ran for a couple days, then started misfiring. Come to find out 1 injector was bad, changed it and ran normal. Drove it for a couple more days and the same injector I changed, the oring was bad and flooded. Waited a week for new orings, installed it then car wont start. Found out the starter signal wire came off and its cranks. Also installed a ISIS intake pipe and filter for it. The car would start and then die, and wont start again. Theres fuel and spark. I tried 2 different MAFs and even replaced the coolant temp sensor. The ecu was blinking 13, reset it, then it blinks code 12, and now it blinks 55. I tried running the car without a filter if it made a difference. The only time I could get the car to start and idle is when I take off the MAF sensor from the pipe and blow on it with my mouth, and then it idles till i run out of breath lol. Im thinking its a bad maf. Any help would greatly be appreciated.

Ok, replaced the fuel filter, got a new MAF, reset the computer, it still does the same thing, itll start with the maf unplugged for like 2 seconds then dies. Havent really touched anything other than a new intake, reset and tightened the valve cover, a new lower oring for injector, and changed the CTS which was cross referenced to a 89-91 SE-R. Will check fuel, spark, and timing again this weekend, could cranking it alot while checking for fuel and spark throw the CAS off? Any input would be appreciated.

Update: So I did a check, theres fuel and spark. Found out car ran out of gas , so refueled, and still no start. Removed the plugs and found out the same injector that I previously replaced the oring was gone, so it was flooding. I bought a bunch of orings from frsport a while back that I had used for it but it doesnt seem to fit as tight. Will replace them tomorrow and see if that really was the problem.

Update: A friend was checking out the car, luckily he had an extra injector with orings. He replaced the orings on my bad one. The car still cranked but couldnt start. We pulled the fuel pump fuse, kept cranking and car started but died. Reinstalled the fuel pump fuse, and car started and idled consistent. Figured out, the missing oring on the fuel injector flooded out the cylinder, so we cranked it till it burnt out the extra fuel with just the spark plugs, car started and is fixed. Recommendations: if the car ran with no problems, always start with what was first changed. About to do an oil changed cause theres fuel in the oil. BTW does anyone know a good spot to buy stock orings for a sr20det redtop, side feed. Thx

Maf. It's the only thing you changed from stock.
