SR WTB: S14 Blacktop Long Block Willing to Accept Blown Motor

Alright guys like that title states I am looking for an S14 Blacktop Long Block preferably but will entertain short blocks. Must be an S14 though. Heres the criteria. I am a student at The School of Automotive Machinists and this is going to be a project build while I am there. Therefore I plan to bore/hone the block with torque plate, will measure the mainline and make sure everything is straight and within spec, surface the deck, and rebuild with aftermarket pistons and rods. Therefore since I will be doing all of this work, I do not need a perfectly running motor. I am willing to accept motors with rod knock, blown headgaskets, damaged cylinder walls, etc. I dont want to bore it more then .020" over so the damage must be able to be cleaned up with that. I would really prefer a motor that doesnt have a warped head due to over heating. I absolutely will not accept anything with cracks. It doesnt even have to have the rods and pistons but I would prefer to everything else bottom end wise. If anyone has anything that might match my criteria please feel free to hit me up and would really like to see pix. Pix can be sent to [email protected].
Thanx, Cameron

Hhahaha yeah thats the problem I am running into. I really dont feel like dropping a bunch of cash on a running motor when I am just gonna tear it down and rebuild it anyways. Just for $hits and giggles what are you looking for and what does it come with?

I already have a perfectly running blacktop in my s14 but it is my daily. Since I cant have any down time I wanna completely build another motor and then just swap the motors over a weekend.
Thanx, Cameron
