Go to the Nissan dealership and have them order you new headlights from Nissan Japan. Here is the part numbers you will need...

S15 Headlights Silver Housing (Halogen)

26010-85F90 RH
26060-85F90 LH

S15 Headlights Silver Housing (HID)

26010-85F91 RH
26060-85F91 LH
