Spacer lug nut?

Hey guys looking to see if anyone has any ideas where to find a tool or name to remove some spacers I have on my car.

I can't find shit on those lug nuts, maybe try one of those square brake caliper screw in tools.

It's a little cube meant to screw rear calipers back in. Start with that and modify as needed.
