s13 Horn blowing fuse and Unknown plug pigtail

Hello all this is my first post!
First of all i just got a nissan 240sx 1991 S13 KA24de (first nissan ) and it has some electrical issues with the horn but everything else seems to work fine.

The problem with the horn is that it works for about .5 seconds before it blows the fuse that is brand new. I think it has something to do with the ground on the horn. I found a disconnected plug that seems to be near the horns and was wondering if that is the problem and what it is called so i could order a new replacement and solder it to the wire. Any information helps!

Here are the images of the wire and what it plugs into:

That appears to be the ambient temp sensor for your AC

If you'd like to attempt to replace that I can help you, however the horn issue sounds to be a shortage.

It's sending the voltage down the line, yet blowing the fuse.

ok if it is the ac line i don't plan on having ac anyway. Is there a way i can diagnose the horn problem with a multimeter or something?

It's a pretty easy system. Probe the wires before and after the relay, then see if there is anything. Check all body grounds and see if they are good. Its not that hard to wire a horn in that is standalone from the factory system
