CAS issue

ok well I've searched and can't find the answer I'm looking for. my car has been broke down for months I've made other threads for other issues wich I fixed but still don't have car running. Last night I tested the power sources again I turned key on and had no power to my CAS. Why would I have 0 power? I have changed relays fuses and ecu so I dunno what else would cause this. Maybe I'm not testing it right I just used a test light I have a multimeter but have no clue how to use it lol. any help would be great thanx!

does the ecu light up? is it known to be a good ecu?

power to CAS is the black/white stripe wire. should get 12 volts to that one

Is your ECU properly grounded?

It grounds via bunch of pins.. But I believe it goes to the intake mani. Or near battery. I haven't messed with oem harness in a while.

Check your Relays, Check grounds, Check power to the ecu.

ok I cleaned up all the grounds I could find I also took the top off of the ecu and poked around with a tests light I got power to a few of the pins but I'm not sure what they were also when I touched one of them it made a noise and the red light flashed for like a second but after that when I touched it it didn't do anything still no spark or power to cas so I dunno should I just change all my relays I changed 2 of them the egi and egi pump all fuses are good under hood.
