Ka24e Timing chain help
Just bought my first car, a completly stock 89 s13 coupe. i knoticed a pretty nasty noise coming from my engine and am almost positive its my timing chain. Im still pretty new to this stuff and am wondering what all is needed to replace a bad guide/ tensioner and how long it will take. thanks.

Not a beginner job without guidance. However if you follow the FSM and don't cut corners you'll be okay. If you fuck up, you bend valves and have to pull the head to rebuild
