If you're not even getting dash lights than you're not getting power. Make sure you're battery is good. Check all connections and when you're done check them again. Did you wire up you're dash plug? If not you need to do that and I'd say go over it again.

What he said, dash plug. If you bought a recent WS harness they are both there... Pick the one for your chassis/whatever plug you have. I believe they are white and brown.
I believe this to be your problem. |

Its your lower harness. On the battery post terminal there is a red connector that has 2 small plugs that plug into it. This is where your car gets its power. Wiring Specialties only has one of these plugs, and unfortunately for the majority of us, its the rare one that most of us don't have. S13s have 2 styles of this plug. Change the red connector that clamps onto the battery post (held on by the terminal tension bolt) with your stock/old lower harness. The plugs will either both be green or one will be green and one will be black, these both NEED to plug into the red connector on the battery terminal in order for your fuse box/car to have power.
