Ls coil pack trouble help plz?

So i wired up and installed some ls coil packs started the car.. Well it runs weird motor seems to shake a bit more i have a very short exhaust i installed at the same time out the hood and it is back firing a little i checked the timing on the first cylnder and and the timing marks are no where to be found the were on the bottom so 180 degrees oit? No way car wouldnt run i am so confused... I tried adjusting the cas a bit and it didnt seem to do a lot. Im pretty sure there all wired to the correct plug 95% and there is no way no1 could be wrong no wire is long enough for that. I am running on the stock ecu but from what i ready other people do this with no issue i have a series 2. Any help plz and thank u. Cylnder 2 was showing advance 31 degrees its very strange

I think that with the clear, detailed information you've provided someone should be able to help.

Sounds like you mixed up the firing order when deleting the coilpack igniter.
