Exclamation Brake lights dont work please help

I just recently did an sr20det swap to my 89 hatch and when I went to go test my lights my brake lights don't work nor my dome light. my head lights work. what I have done so far to find the problems are, I replaced all the fuses in the kick panel, replaced the brake switch, replaced the tcu, cleaned all the grounds, replaced all the bulbs and still nothing. I don't even think im getting power to the fuse box inside the car. thank you in advance.

Is your hazard switch plugged in? If not. Try that.

I would test continuity from the brake switch to the tail lights and see what that tells you.

Also, is the rubber grommet in the brake pedal arm? They tend to get brittle and fall out.
