Does anyone on here know where I can go to get a bolt extracted? It could be a shop or a person it doesn't matter. Perferably in San Gabriel but anywhere in LA would do.

where is the bolt stuck?

It is located on one of the flanges for the exhaust on the bottom of the car

If the manifold is off the car, take it to a machine shop.

any exhaust shop should be able to get to that
