BBS RS Conical Caps

These are the newly created half height conical caps. Produced out of cnc billet aluminum, these are a great addition to any BBS RS set, as well as RSII, RC, etc.

they fit the standard bbs 70mm logo caps, and compliment the slant lips of many of these wheels beautifully. I designed these for my set, and decided that I would produce a larger quantity of them for the market. Lots of people have BBS RS, and these caps are a huge addition to these wheels, as they simplify and add a modern touch to a timeless design.

200 for a set of 4 billet aluminum caps. about 12$ to ship to the lower 48

email [email protected] to grab a set

here are some of the standard finishes (can also powdercoat, anodize, plate for extra)

the 2 sizes of caps (small thread and large thread) and some of what wheels they fit

and here are some samples on wheels i have built

here is a pic of how they fit on 15" (small thread), 16" and 17" (large thread)

oh and just so i dont have to answer this question a hundred times, the conical caps are easy to remove with a rubber glove. you can thread them on tight enough not to be stolen by hands, and thread them right off with the rubber glove again. they have been on my dd for over a year in all seasons, and i have had no issues whatsoever. and my dd takes a beating.

i designed a few tools to take the caps on and off, and the rubber glove is still the best way.

Now everyone knows how to steal them.

Can you provide the thread pitch and diameter for both styles? I am wondering if they will fit my Work wheels. Others might be interested also.

Haha it got to the point where answering pms on several forums wasn't worth it.

Small thread have a thread 56.5mmx1.0 and large are 72x1.0 if I remember correctly from my initial design and engineering calcs

bump. lets move some of these sets. I know there are a few guys running sick RS sets, and trust me, this is a detail that really adds to the design of that wheel.
