Nistune - S13 SR20DET

Well I recently installed all the parts for my turbo upgrade kit and thought I had everything I needed. Everything was installed and a friend of mine put a good enough tune on it for me to drive it and give me time until I could take it to my tuner. Well let's just say there were some difficulties. The map was flat and gave no room for mapping the fuel out at all. A buddy of mine with Nistune on his KA-T had 256 options as far as fueling went, I only had 6 on mine. I am not very familiar with tuning so if something I've said sounds out of the ordinary I may have worded it wrong. I'm just trying to remember everything my tuner told me. Does anyone have any idea what may be wrong? At 11 psi it worked fine and I made a good deal of power, but once we raised the boost to 15 psi it became very difficult. Right now I am running considerably under the power I should. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Parts (Hopefully I remember everything):
ISIS RS3871 Turbo (gt2871r equivalent)
ISIS v2 manifold
Godspeed FMIC
Walbro 255
Deatschwerks 740cc injectors
ISIS 02 housing
Nistune
Full 3" exhaust
Z32 MAF
Innovate wideband
