s14 sr20det Idle surge and high idle *HELP*

Hey guys so I've been trying to solve this problem for a month now. Any help is appreciated

My car idles at 1100-1200. Will idle surge upon start up for about 5 seconds. When I turn my fans on the car will idle surge not stop from about 700-1400. Even without the fans on when driving and coming to a stop it will surge. Also if the car is idling and I touch the gas slightly it will rev right up to 2k and stay there for a second. When revving it higher like 3-4k it will drop down to about 1800-2000 rpm for a few seconds then go back to 1100.

My idle screw does nothing, , I've checked for leaks, checked my ign timing, checked my tps voltage. I'm stumped. bad aac? bad maf?

sounds like a bad or disconnected coolant temp sensor, this is the connector with two wires, not to be confused with the single wire dash temp sensor

the two sensors are right next to eachother, to the right of the throttle body

I actually just replaced the coolant temp sensor, unless my wiring going to it is bad. Keep in mind my fans are wired to a switch. Dual isis fans
