Can anyone identify this/these strut bars?

Sorry for the tiny picture on the second one, but I believe it is the same bar as the one with the blue brackets just spray painted black. Also in the second picture there is a rear bar included that apparently mounts to the strut tower with those small brackets. If anyone could help me with identifying these that would be great. Thanks
