silvia s13 is opted out, the discussion is about car's that DO NOT come with LHD versions from the factory. R34 is not the r34 dash, more than likely not the same fire wall. As well as, i'm sure if some one in the Philippines can afford an r34, or r32, or s15 then they have a decent amount of money in their pockets.
