Simply google NHTSA website and look for the non conforming vehicle list, it clearly states the R33 CAN be imported as long as its done via a registered importer (RI), it states the year, make and model, VSP # and it even gives a list of all RI's capable of doing so....this info is not a secret, its a very expensive though.
