As far as the amp ratings on the blue OEM relays, I believe they're 20/30A, so 20A normally closed, 30A normally open. Bosch-style aftermarket relays are cheaper, and available in 30/40 or 40/60 varieties - I'd definitely switch to Bosch-style relay plugs and relays.

the power wire for that fuse block is fused. and so is the battery (relocated to the trunk)
the reason i was using nissan relays is that i have tons of them. do you know the amprage of the brown SPST nissan relay? b/c i have lots of those as well.
