What alignment settings would you recommend? and pre-load the springs or no? if so how much?

yea i always listen to those with more experience, helps alot...
My alignment:

Camber -3.2*Front / -2.2* rear

Caster is OEM settings, due to tire clearance with bumper and fender

Toe 0 Front / 0 rear (reduces tire wear so you can get more life out of tires)

I wouldnt preload the springs, just tighten your lower perch enough so you can still turn the spring by hand.

I suggest the heavier springs because with a heavier car the chassis carries more weight up top and wants to roll more. The springs will help reduce that an improve steering response and your throttle inputs will be more predictable in chassis movement /rotation.
