For rears 0 disc Yes they deffinetly clears calipers. They even clear z32 rears.
As for fronts I do not know.
I do know that the spokes between 0 disc and A disc are actually the same,
Just the rear mounting pad thickness is much thinner on the 0 disc compared to A. Like if you mounted a lug nut on an A disc the lug would sit more in the lug pocket with less lug exposed and with an 0 disc there is very minimal of a pocket for the lug to sit in so its pretty much all exposed.
