now that i've had it for a year i might as well spill the beans....

If you cross reference the s2000 pinout(found on a lot of honda forums) and the 240 cluster pinout it really simple.

-You can only use an ap1 cluster as the ap2 need the s2000 ecu to work
-Power, ground, blinkers, brights, dimmer just use the same wire on the 240 cluster harness
-fuel gauge uses the same wire but requires a 27?ohm resistor to be somewhat close
-tach is the wrong voltage so you either need a dakota converter or do whats called a "pull up resistor". T into the rpm signal a 12v source with a 680?ohm resister. This will bring the 5v 240 signal upto the needed 12v signal. Will be accurate for 4 cylinder engines.

Think that covers the basics. It was a year ago i did the swap with a digital cluster harness so i dont have it written down anywhere.
