$300 - Rb20det ECU tuned by RS Enthalpy. Includes 2 or 3 chips with different maps on them. (Stock map, intake/exhaust/front mount blah blah more fuel map, and 550cc Z32 MAF higher flow turbo map)

$100 - 25mm extended/ boxed S13 front lower control arms. Tie rod stops cut off. Moog ball joints and bushings. Need new ball joint BOOTS. Just the boots.
$100 - Whiteline front sway bar. Added lock clearance. Comes with D bushings, no endlinks

$40 - Rb20det purple valve covers
$100 - rb20/rb25 top mount turbo manifold (not sure what brand. But it's brand new) has external wastegate pipe
$100 - CX racing gt35 ceramic ball bearing turbo (looks brand new?)

$40 OEM KA radiator
$75 CX racing KA/RB/LS aluminum radiator

$100 - OEM S14 KA fuel rail and injectors
$80 - vintage nardi steering wheel. 4 spoke mint condition

$50 - OEM S13 KA24de non-ABS driveshaft
$50 - OEM S13 lower control arms. Could use new ball joints
$20 - S13 5 lug conversion front hubs. Need bearings and studs. (Studs were cut to fit a 25mm spacer)
