What about Abdulrahman al-Aulaqi, Awlaki's son, who was killed in a separate strike two weeks latter, he was only 16 years old. You realize there has been no one executed in America under the age of 23 since 1950 and only 22 people since then have been sentenced to death for crimes committed under the age of 18. Only one of them was 16 years old at the time and had 12 years of appeals.
So yes, these are bad people... they say and do bad things. But they still are American citizens who where killed exclusively by the will of the president. Since when did we throw away the moratorium on banning assassinations? Why not just kill Mahmoud Ahmadinejad?
