Don't think the bitch was about the paper endcaps but more about how it is missing some things that other filters have. That one even looks to be missing it. No way in hell that would be going on my GTR if I had one, or any of the other cars on that list for that matter.
Now that I think about it most of the talk in this thread has been about a replacement and very little has been about the filter cut open.
